How to Make Egg Biryani

1. Boiled egg – 4
2. Boiled rice – 1 cup
3. (Large onion) finely chopped – 1
4. Tomato (finely chopped) – 1
5. Garlic ( Finley chopped)
6. Cumin seeds
7. Oil
8. Turmeric powder
9. Red chilli powder
10. Corriander powder
11. Curd
12. Salt
13. Corriander leaves
14. Garam masala
15. Ginger garlic paste
Preparation:
1) Cut boiled eggs into three pieces (as per your wish)
2) Put the pieces into a pan. Add salt, turmeric,redchilli and corriander powder to it.. fry till it reach golden colour..
3) Take another pan add oil, cumin seeds, chopped garlic, onion, ginger garlic paste, tomato, turmeric,redchilli,corriander powder, garam masala, curd, corriander leaves, salt in this order..
4) To this gravy add boiled rice and mix it well..
5) Finally add masala coated fried eggs in this mixture. Mix entire things slowly without breaking the eggs..
6) Tasty and yummy Egg briyani ready!!!!
